I earned my bachelor's degree in Sociology from SUNY Albany in 2005. Since 2008, I've been working with Compassionate Care, focusing on individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries. My personal interest in TBI, spurred by my sister's TBI experience in 2000, has given me a unique perspective on how it affects family members. I am a NYS Certified Brain Injury Specialist and have dedicated my life to the agency my mother founded. I am honored to be part of a company that consistently prioritizes the well-being of the individual with a TBI.

I've worked with the TBI Waiver Program for 12 years, focusing on the Structured Day Program. I also have experience with the NHTD Waiver Program, OPWDD Group Day Habilitation, and Family and Support Services Social Recreation Program. My background in special education and teaching, along with directing life skills training and behavioral services, equips me to offer diverse resources for individuals and groups, emphasizing independence and dignity. Joining Compassionate Care of Central New York, an organization dedicated to person-centered services, is important to me, as they continually prioritize quality care for every individual they serve.

I began working in the home care realm in 2010 and I feel that I have truly found my niche. I love that as a home care nurse I can help support clients to live where they really want to be... in their home. I'm excited to be a member of the Compassionate Care Team as we work together to provide excellent service to our clients and assist them with meeting teir goals of remaining safe in their homes and in the community.
